- We offer low-cost imprinting and customization on all our print materials. We’ll print your program name, address, phone number and black & white logo or message in the imprint area. We can use your camera-ready artwork, or typeset your information for you.

- We ship orders to the U.S. using UPS, and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO and Canada addresses via Priority Mail.
- Normally, your shipment will leave our warehouse in California one to two business days after you place your order. Allow up to ten business days for delivery.
- We can also ship your order to multiple sites – just let us know the addresses and we'll get it there!

- If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return materials for a full refund or credit.
- We cannot accept returns of imprinted or customized products, unless the problem is due to our error.
- Prepayment with a credit card is preferred. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- We accept purchase orders.
- We can bill your organization. If applicable, please reference a purchase order number.
- Our payment terms are net 30 days.
- International orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds.
- Orders under $35 must be prepaid.
- Prices are subject to change.
- We charge sales tax only on orders shipping to California.
- If your order is shipping to California, and your organization is exempt from sales tax, please email your exemption certificate to service@journeyworks.com or fax it to 1-800-775-5853. If we do not have an exemption certificate on file for your organization, we are required to charge you sales tax.
- If you are ordering for an agency of the federal government, no exemption certificate is required. We will not charge sales tax on your order.
